Tamara Robb
Bio
Tamara is a senior paralegal who has devoted her decades-long career to the exclusive practice areas of family law, will and estate planning, and estate administration (probate). Known for her exceptional skill and efficiency, Tamara works closely with our clients, offering a combination of clear, practical guidance and a warm, compassionate approach that our clients deeply value.
The Law Society of British Columbia’s 2012 rule changes expanded the scope of paralegal duties under a lawyer’s supervision, and with Tamara’s extensive experience, she serves as the designated paralegal for Beth C. Hepburn and Danielle Glass. In this role she provides direct support to clients in family law matters, manages every aspect of estate planning matters, and is our in-house expert on the Wills, Estates and Succession Act.
Tamara is also a Commissioner for Taking Affidavits under the Evidence Act, allowing her to administer oaths and affirmations and to take affidavits and statutory declarations.
Tamara’s favorite ways to unwind include weight training, paddle boarding on BC’s beautiful lakes, and spending quality time with her family—including her beloved cat and French Bulldog.
